Maximus Yaney, President
While attending RPI, Maximus began acquiring, renovating and managing student apartments. He formed Campus Habitat, which has acquired renovated, managed, and developed over 3,000 student beds in seven states. Under his guidance, Campus Habitat has emerged as the most progressive and fastest growing student housing owner-operator in the U.S. By applying his former technology experience, Maximus has provided Campus Habitat with the business systems, infrastructure, and technology to outpace the competition through process optimization and efficiency-driven practices.
Prior to forming Campus Habitat, Maximus owned a project management consulting company with an impressive list of Fortune 500 clients. Maximus additionally founded and eventually sold a web-based real estate software application and consulting company.
Maximus studied Microelectronics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Business and Law at the Russian State Pedagogical University, and Computer Sciences at the Rensselaer Polytechnic University. Maximus holds numerous certifications including a NYS Broker license and is a CCIM candidate. Maximus is fluent in 7 languages and enjoys spending time in the extreme wilderness.
 | Rob Martin, Executive Vice President of Operations
Rob joins Campus Habitat with more than 15 years of student housing experience ranging from traditional university housing to national REITs, working with industry leaders throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. He has been on the ground leading transition and stabilization through some of the largest student housing expansions in U.S. history. Rob’s experience includes tenures at American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC), College Park Communities (formerly NYSE:GCT), Campus Apartments, LLC, FirstWorthing and UCH Management Group. In 2007, Rob formed Campus Housing Consulting to fill the advisory need for owners and investors entering or expanding in the student sector.
A graduate of Queen’s University International Study Centre with a Certificate of International Business, Rob also earned an MBA and BA from the University of New Brunswick where he began his student housing career as a resident assistant.

| Andrew Finiasz, Controller
Andy is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting and the preparation of GAAP compliant financial statements. Since joining Campus Habitat, Andy has implemented the controls over financial reporting necessary to ensure the fair and accurate presentation of the Company’s financial position.
Prior to joining Campus Habitat, Andy was an audit manager in Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Group in its New York headquarters. While at Ernst & Young, Andy supervised the financial audits of large real estate investment funds, real estate fund of funds, public real estate investment trusts and owner-operators of office and multifamily properties. Andy is adept in investment valuation and fair value reporting, financial analysis, and GAAP reporting.
Andy is a graduate of Binghamton University’s School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.

| Chris Wayman, Director of Development
Chris is responsible for all renovation and capital improvements including construction. He is also responsible for the development of corporate design standards and product selection.
Prior to joining Campus Habitat, Chris was an executive at Jones Lang LaSalle in its Bank of America client team. Chris brings 25 years of development and construction experience to Campus Habitat.
Chris, a Registered Architect, holds a degree in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and is PMP Certified by the Project Management Institute. A life-long devotee of Frank Lloyd Wright, Chris has 2 teenage girls, loves golf, and any spectator sport.

| Jamie Bray, Regional Vice President of Operations
Jamie's successful career in operations has included positions of increasing responsibility in leasing, marketing, development, purchasing, site management, and regional management. Jamie’s in-depth knowledge of the Company stems from the myriad of roles she has held within the organization. Jamie has been instrumental in developing systems and helping the Company reduce operational costs throughout her tenure.
Prior to joining Campus Habitat, Jamie worked in the Hospitality Industry in various operations and strategic planning roles, and in the IT department at SUNY Albany’s School of Business. Jamie pursued studies in Business and Information Technology at New Horizons. She has been involved in several organizations focused on the humane treatment of animals and was a founding member of the successful non-profit animal rescue, Homeward Bound. Jamie is currently a CPM candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.

| Larryce Peterson, Regional Vice President of Operations
Larryce comes to Campus Habitat from Campus Living Villages, where she most recently served as a Regional Director of Marketing. With fifteen years in the student housing field, Larryce has worked at Texas State University, Trinity University, Century Campus Housing Management, College Park Communities, Campus Advantage and Campus Living Villages in a variety of operational and marketing roles.
Larryce received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Hampton University and her Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University.

| Chris Nabours, RealPage Systems & Training Manager
With a diverse background in operations, development and finance, Chris brings over a decade of student housing experience to Campus Habitat. In his roles with American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) and College Park Communities (NYSE: GCT), Chris was involved in the development and initial operations of over $150 million in student housing projects, and had direct operational responsibility for over 3,500 beds.
Chris is charged with managing and implementing the Campus Habitat RealPage services. He is the principal behind Campus Habitat being the first student housing company to fully implement RealPage “Student Living Online Leasing and Roommate Matching.” With oversight of the Campus Habitat help desk, team training and service agreements, Chris continues to build upon the dynamic operating platform that Campus Habitat has become known for.
Chris earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University. He enjoys an active lifestyle with friends, family and his dog Nuyear.
